The Emilia-Romagna Region is the leader of a project entitled ICARE on health and vulnerability (2019-2020, with extension to 9 July 2021).
ICARE aims at improving the access to the Territorial Health Services for Beneficiaries or Applicants of International Protection and Special Cases, ensuring a response to health needs that is as homogeneous and systematic as possible. ICARE focuses on the subsequent stages of the migration process, acting on the emergency situation represented by the second reception, in the different destinations of the Holders or Applicants for International Protection (RTPI).
