The Re-source project (Foreign Employability Resources Competences Emilia-Romagna) aims at strengthening the labor integration of migrants by increasing the ability to intercept and involve them in a differentiated range of labor policies in line with their needs, expectations and professional skills as well as with the needs of the local production system. The project aims at promoting the employability of citizens of third countries regularly residing in Italy, with particular reference to vulnerable persons, such as women, young people, asylum seekers or beneficiaries of international and humanitarian protection, through the activation of guidance and information services for job placement, assessment, development and validation of skills, accompaniment to work and training, business start-ups / self-employment.
