- Victims of trafficking and severe exploitation Project OLS (Oltre La Strada Oltre lo Sfruttamento – Beyond the Street and Beyond Exploitation):
- Operates in the sphere of sexual and labour exploitation, begging and illegal activity. Reception schemes are activated to guarantee access to social protection programmes, legal assistance and reception schemes.
- Completion of bureaucratic procedures, health assistance, material collection, professional training, literacy, work scholarships.
- The project also provides for a dedicated street unit which carries out contact operations with the sex workers that work the street, health accompaniment at family services and territory services, departments of infectious diseases, SAUB, damage reduction operations. - Project “Invisibile”, focused on prostitution in apartments: monitoring of the phenomenon; collection and placement of adverts traceable to prostitution in apartments published in periodicals or on the Internet in a regional database; entering of the outcome of telephone calls placed by operators to the sex workers who prostitute themselves. - Severe adult marginalisation and disadvantage (Projects Grave Disagio Socio Sanitario – Severe Socio-Health Disadvantage – and Spazio d’Ascolto – Listening Space): the goal of the two projects is to monitor phenomena connected with severe socio-health disadvantages (severe and/or chronic diseases, disability, severe psychological or psychiatric fragility, addictions, severe marginalisation, homelessness among foreign citizens, etc), offering a recognisable entity for the public that is capable of being the first point of contact for the user and for other services.
- The “Spazio d’ascolto” (Listening space) project manages a direct-access help desk from Monday through Friday, which guarantees awareness and monitoring -in coordination with street teams – of the foreign population that is homeless and/or severely marginalised. It undertakes health protection operations, sending and co-planning with other services in the territory, and it also handles assessments with respect to the non-resident foreign population during winter shelter operations.
- The “Grave Disagio socio sanitario” (Severe Socio-Health Disadvantage) project manages protection paths in favour of the groups described above, undertaking operations related to shelter, health protection, facilitation and accompaniment when accessing services, co-planning, monitoring of administrative aspects and with other services (CSM, SerT..), monitoring of administrative and legal aspects. It is also a point of reference for ASL and PUASS for protected discharges of foreign citizens.
