Piazzetta delle Operaie between via Fossato Vecchio and via Paradiso. It is an independent association, subsidised exclusively by donations from members and donors. They promote a weekly help desk to support migrants for bureaucratic purposes. They also assist migrants in obtaining necessary documents to have access to essential services guaranteed by national law at the Police Central Station and/or the Prefecture. They also provide support and mediation for job search and accommodation. FCA collaborates with Caritas and Avvocati di Strada both to organise Italian courses and for legal assistance. Every year, they organise an Italian School based on the Penny Wirton method (1: 1), which in the last 4 years has seen the participation of 40-50 volunteers and 150 students. Usually the school is held on Monday mornings, Wednesday afternoons, also employing the students of the linguistic high school in Forli as teachers, and Friday evenings. Once a week they have a desk run by volunteers to answer legal questions on international protection. With the entry into force of the decree regulating irregular migrants in the underground economy, FCA has organised an extra ad hoc help desk (Wednesday mornings, Thursday afternoons, Saturday afternoons) to support migrants in completing the application. They also organise social inclusion and integration events.
